Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing on the following business day.
  • Please note that the Processing Time is in addition to the Transit Time (Shipping Time) listed below.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Free Shipping Offer

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $XX (e.g., $50 or $75) shipped within the contiguous United States. This will automatically apply at checkout when your cart meets the minimum requirement.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We use major carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier for your order.
  • Shipping is limited to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
  • We may be unable to ship to certain P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, especially for larger or expedited orders. If a restriction applies, we will contact you immediately.

Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues

VelourCare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait up to 48 hours, check with neighbors, and then contact the carrier. If the issue is still unresolved, contact us.
